Ever since, the best grapes have been selected to make this prized sparkling wine: elegant with hints of apples, peaches and tropical fruit on the nose.

Ideal as an aperitif, also an excellent accompaniment to fish starters such as squid salad with potatoes, marinated anchovies or starters such as spaghetti with shellfish.
